How this work actually goes
Retail in Hawaii has two calendars. The visitor calendar: weekends, ship days, school breaks, the stretch from Thanksgiving through the first week of January. The inventory calendar: counts, floor sets, and restocks that happen when the doors close. Stores in Ala Moana, Waikīkī, Ko Olina, and the neighbor-island shopping centers all use extra people for both.
Floor work is on your feet, talking to customers, folding, ringing. Stock is carts, boxes, back room, early or overnight. Visual help is ladders, planograms, and getting a table reset before open. If you have done holiday at a mall, write the store type. If you have only worked a small shop, that still counts.
Employers: number of people, location, dates, open or overnight, and whether they need a register login or just hands. A three-day ship weekend and a six-week holiday hire are different requests. Send the one you actually have.
