How this work actually goes
Honolulu freight does not wait. A barge or a container lands, the warehouse is short, and the work is that day or that night. Sand Island, Mapunapuna, Airport Industrial, Campbell. Steel-toe or at least closed-toe, a back you will not wreck on day one, and a way to get to an industrial lot that is not on Kalākaua. If you have a lift cert, a TWIC, or warehouse experience, put it on the first line.
General labor is unload, stack, wrap, sweep. Pick/pack is orders. Receiving is checking in freight and not losing the paperwork. Inventory is counting, often after hours. Dock support is live unloading with a crew that already knows the building. Say what you have done. Do not say you can run a forklift if you cannot.
Employers: site address, shift start, how many heads, lift vs no lift, and the weight. “Some lifting” is useless. “50 lb repeat” is useful. If the lot is gated, say where to check in and who they ask for.
