How this work actually goes
Waikīkī is a small grid with a lot of rooms. Kalākaua, Kūhiō, the canal, the high-rises behind them. A GRA who already rides TheBus to Ala Moana can usually add a Waikīkī property. Someone coming from the west side in rush hour cannot always make a 7 a.m. rooms shift. Say how you get here. That one line saves everyone a no-show.
Call-outs happen at night for a morning board. Night audit is a different animal — quiet lobby, reports, a person who can stay awake and be decent to a guest at 2 a.m. Pool and restaurant extras show up when a ship is in or the house is full. Event setup is early, physical, and done before the first guest sees the room.
Properties want people who can find the loading dock, not the porte-cochère, and who will not park in valet. If you have worked a specific hotel before, name it. If you have a parking plan or a bus number, write that too.
